Your satisfaction matters to us - if you're not completely happy, we're here to make it right.
Please contact us within 7-days of your delivery date so we can assist with approving your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or credit on "sale" items or "limited addition" stock.
Please note: Return shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Items
We are committed to delivering exceptional quality with every item we offer, although if you believe your item is faulty, you will need to submit images or video's of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item/s must be in their original condition, with the original packaging. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. It is at the discretion of Cushion Adore to decide the severity of the fault and the means in which it will be resolved.
Applying for a return
To start the return process, simply email us at shop@cushoionadore.store and we will provide you with the return instructions. Please include the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method so you can track your order, Cushion Adore cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit.
- Once we receive your returned item it can take up to 7 business days to process.
- If receiving a refund for faulty item/s the returned amount will be paid back by the original method used for purchase.
- For exchange, the new item will be sent out to the original postal address unless informed otherwise.
